If anyone can circulate this list PLEASE do. I have two times the amount of horses that we are budgeted for. All the donations in the world are simply acting as a bandaid to the problem of having too many horses in the rescue right now. I NEED to get at least 6 of these guys placed. I have 4 more not on the available list right now for various reasons. I also made up the list in a PDF but I don't know if you can attach files.
Anna
Adoption Fee - $500
Anna is an approx. 16 hand OTTB mare who is 16 years old. She was recently returned due to a divorce and has not been ridden yet since her return. Before she left she was nervous under tack and required an experienced rider but anyone can handle her on the ground. Bugsy
Adoption Fee- $500
Bugsy is a 7 year old TB who sticks just over 15 hands when barefoot and freshly trimmed. He has just recently started his retraining from the track and is doing well. He would do best with an intermediate rider at this point. He is very easy to handle and does anything you want on the ground. He is turned out with other horses and does fine with them too. He has a blemish on his RF ankle where it appears that he had cut it creating a skin flap and it wasn't treated properly creating a large lump. It does not bother him, it's just ugly. Karma
Adoption Fee -$800
Karma is an ~ 8 year old Chestnut Tobiano mare. She is right around 16 hands and is big bodied. She has been ridden by a professional trainer a handful of times and is doing wonderful. She is solid with her walk trot, yields both hind and front end, stops on a dime, backs well, does it all on a loose rein and in a bosal or sidepull. She has no physical issues at all and is going to make someone an AWESOME horse. Video:

Mickey is a 2 year old Halfinger gelding. Does everything a 2 year old should do and is ready to be broke to ride when old enough. He does require STURDY fencing though.
Minnie
Adoption Fee - $400
Minnie is a 2 year old Haflinger filly. She does everything a 2 year old should do and is ready to be broke to ride when old enough. Her and Mickey love each other and make a very cute matched set but they also are fine seperated. Both need a STURDY fence.
Ariel
Adoption Fee - $300
Ariel is an 11-12 year old 36" mini mare. She is cute as a button and very sweet, anyone can handle her and she is a total love bug. She can be bossy with other horses but is currently turned out with 8 and does fine. She needs to be kept off grain and lush grass.
